1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vx8 ("vx8", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at vx8.club and all associated services, products, games, and promotional offerings made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing any page of vx8.club, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Account Registration Process

To register an account on vx8, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

vx8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for doing so.

2.2 Verification (KYC)

3 Account Obligations

If duplicate accounts are identified, vx8 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals without compensation.

3.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vx8 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a glitch are void and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vx8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vx8 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all account balances are maintained in Taka at all times.

4.1 Deposits

vx8 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. vx8 charges zero platform fees on deposits made via Bangladeshi mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt. vx8 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider. Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC documents approved) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit into your account, or to a method registered in your verified name.
• Any active bonus funds linked to your account must be either fully wagered or forfeited before a withdrawal is processed, unless the relevant promotion states otherwise.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• vx8 processes withdrawal requests promptly. bKash and Nagad cashouts are typically completed within hours of approval. Processing times for card withdrawals may vary depending on the issuing bank.

4.3 Refused or Reversed Transactions

vx8 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, vx8 will notify the Player and may request additional verification documentation before processing or releasing funds. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity may be held pending investigation and, where confirmed, will be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked thirty times in total before any withdrawal can be requested in relation to that bonus.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion page will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

A bet or wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the vx8 system and a bet reference or confirmation number has been issued. vx8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet was placed using funds obtained fraudulently, where there is evidence of system error, or where the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

7 Account Suspension & Closure

• KYC verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• The Player's account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet placed) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your vx8 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, vx8 will process any pending withdrawal of legitimate real-money balance (subject to KYC completion) before closing the account. Any unclaimed bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
